Quick Pumpkin Treat*

"Here’s a quick little side dish I fix when in a pinch." 

Can of 100% pumpkin (careful not to get the pumpkin pie mix). 
Add a splash of maple syrup (depending on how much of the pumpkin used).
Add a healthy dash of cinnamon.

I’m not fond of cinnamon, so I tried it without. I ended up with 1/2 cup of pumpkin, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 3 shakes of salt. That is 250 calories, no fat. A piece of homemade pumpkin pie might be 316 calories and 14 gm fat.
