Pressure Cooker tips

Electric pressure cookers (for example, Instant Pot) are easier than stove top since you can "set it and forget it." 

(Likewise with electric or countertop ovens, which can turn themselves off after a certain number of minutes). 


Beans:  5 minutes at pressure
Quinoa: 5 minutes at pressure
Brown Rice:   about 12 minutes at pressure, ratio: 1 part rice to 2 parts water (or a little more rice or less water).
