Bean salad

BEAN SALAD

2  15 oz cans pinto beans, rinsed & drained
1  15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1.5   TBSP  white balsamic vinegar
1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped sweet onion (Vidalia, or other)
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped (about 1 cup)
ground pepper to taste
optional:  salt to taste
optional:  drizzle of olive oil

 

Mix ingredients together, 
Serve cold.
